TRI Administrative Assistant – Intern
Location: Barcelona
Description:
As an Underwriting Assistant Intern, based in our Barcelona office, you will form part of a dynamic team of professionals that focus on developing our global Transaction Risk (TRI) business. You will directly report to the TRI Underwriting Support Manager and perform traditional administrative tasks supporting the team’s business development goals. You will be key in helping to build profitable relationships with brokers and insureds and your role will fully support and comply with the company’s objectives and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create, revise, negotiate and sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or any other legal documents
- Provide full administrative support to a team of Underwriters
- Input and manage submissions within the system
- Create and maintain client folders
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Follow up on unsettled payments
- Ensure legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled
- Identify ways to optimize operational processes
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative position
- Fluent in English (high level) a must.
- (BA or MA) Degree
- Word and Excel (Expert level)
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
