About the role:
As Cyber Resilience Lead, you will own the cyber recovery capability for TMHCC's International business. You will lead the cyber recovery program, strengthen organizational resilience and ensure the business is prepared to recover effectively from ransomware attacks, cyber incidents and major technology disruptions. Working closely with technology, business and senior stakeholders, you will drive recovery readiness and continuous improvement across critical business services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cyber recovery and resilience program, ensuring recovery strategies align with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
Develop and maintain cyber recovery playbooks, restoration procedures, dependency maps and recovery standards.
Plan and lead ransomware recovery exercises, tabletop exercises and recovery validation activities.
Coordinate cross-functional recovery activities during major incidents and provide technical leadership throughout restoration.
Partner with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure teams, application owners and third-party providers to strengthen resilience.
Monitor resilience metrics, testing outcomes and improvement plans to enhance recovery capabilities.
Collaborate with Security Operations teams to align recovery with protection, detection and response activities.
Skills And Competencies Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Cyber Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience or Service Continuity.
Strong knowledge of cyber recovery, backup assurance, disaster recovery and operational resilience.
Excellent understanding of IT Service Management, governance and Business Continuity.
Strong planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate enterprise-wide recovery activities and make sound decisions under pressure.
Skills And Competencies Preferred:
CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
Experience within regulated industries and global organizations.
Experience leading cross-functional recovery programs, resilience exercises or major incident recovery.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
