Position Summary
The IT Procurement Data & Risk Analyst will support Corporate IT Procurement by strengthening the foundation of IT contract records in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role will resolve data gaps, document legacy and out-of-process agreements, and validate required risk and compliance materials to ensure all contract records are complete, accurate, and loaded into the central repository. The end state is a reliable source of truth that improves contract visibility, renewal readiness, reporting, and reduces risk by ensuring key documents and supporting evidence are properly captured.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, organize, and load legacy, out-of-process, and missing IT contract records into Agiloft.
• Maintain accurate contract relationships across MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, renewals, and reseller transactions.
• Validate required contract, risk, compliance, insurance, and security documentation for completeness.
• Research and resolve supplier, reseller, affiliate, and legal entity inconsistencies.
• Track and remediate missing documents, stalled approvals, review exceptions, and incomplete contract records.
• Reconcile Agiloft contract data against related procurement, finance, vendor, and technology systems.
• Prepare contract gap, data quality, renewal readiness, and exception reports for stakeholder review.
• Document recurring data issues, workflow bottlenecks, and Agiloft enhancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years in contract administration, procurement, or data management
• Experience with contract documents and structured data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to extract key contract terms and information from documents
Preferred Qualifications
• Contract Lifecycle Mgmt (CLM) software/application experience (Agiloft preferred)
• Vendor risk/compliance exposure
• IT procurement experience
• LLM/AI experience
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Flexera, PeopleSoft, and LeanIX
