Description -
• Oracle
Fusion Talent Management Implementation: Hands-on end-to-end implementation
experience across Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules including Oracle
Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning & Development, Profile Management, Career
Development, and Compensation Management — from requirements gathering and
solution design through to configuration, testing, and go-live delivery.
• Oracle
Recruiting Cloud (ORC) & Talent Acquisition: Deep expertise in
configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud covering candidate lifecycle, job
requisition templates, offer management, interview scheduling, onboarding
workflows, internal mobility, and recruiting agency management — with ability
to troubleshoot and resolve complex ORC configuration and workflow issues.
• Learning
& Development Configuration: Proficiency in setting up Oracle Learning
Cloud including learning catalog, offerings, specializations, learning
assignments, self-paced and instructor-led content, completion tracking, and
learner community setup — with experience resolving UAT defects related to enrollment
rules, access controls, and notification workflows.
• Profile
Management & Competency Frameworks: Expertise in configuring Oracle
Profile Management including content library, profile types, content sections,
rating models, competency frameworks, and integration touchpoints with
Recruitment, Performance, and Career Development — with ability to identify and
resolve data and configuration gaps during UAT and deployment.
• Career
Development & Succession Planning: Ability to configure Career Development
plans, development goals, career paths, growth opportunities, and talent pools
— with hands-on experience resolving common UAT issues related to goal syncing,
manager visibility, and role-based access across Career and Succession modules.
• Compensation
Management Configuration: Expertise in setting up Compensation Management
including salary structures, grade ladders, merit and bonus plans, eligibility
profiles, workforce compensation worksheets, budget management, and approval
workflows — with strong capability to diagnose and resolve compensation
calculation, eligibility, and worksheet display issues during UAT.
• Redwood
UI Migration: Practical experience in migrating Oracle Fusion Talent
Management pages and workflows from Classic UI to Oracle Redwood Experience,
including Recruiting, Learning, Career Development, and Compensation modules —
covering theme configuration, page composer adjustments, sandbox setup, and
end-user adoption support to ensure seamless transition.
• UAT
Management & Issue Resolution: Proven ability to manage UAT cycles
including test script preparation, defect logging, triage, root cause analysis,
and resolution tracking across all Talent Management modules — capable of
working under pressure to resolve high-priority issues and maintain go-live
readiness within tight project timelines.
• System
Stabilization & Post Go-Live Hypercare: Experience in managing post
go-live stabilization including hypercare support, critical issue resolution,
configuration corrections, data fixes, and user adoption challenges — ensuring
smooth and controlled transition from project delivery to steady-state
operations.
• Security,
Roles & Access Management: Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM
role-based access control (RBAC), data roles, duty roles, and security profiles
across all Talent modules — with experience identifying and resolving access,
visibility, and data security issues commonly encountered during UAT and
Redwood migration.
• HCM
Reporting, Fast Formulas & Data Validation: Ability to write and
troubleshoot Fast Formulas, eligibility rules, and BPM approval workflows;
design OTBI and BIP reports for Talent Management; and run data validation and
reconciliation activities critical during UAT, go-live, and post-migration
phases.
• Stakeholder
Management & Issue Escalation: Strong communication skills to liaise
with HR business owners, IT teams, and Oracle Support; manage issue escalation
and SR coordination; facilitate UAT sign-off sessions; and prepare deployment
readiness assessments, configuration documentation, and end-user training
materials.
