The role focuses on inventory planning, timely replenishment, KPI monitoring, and process digitization to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Planning

· Plan and monitor small diamonds inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.

· Trigger RA (Replenishment Advice) on time to avoid stock-outs.

· Drive inventory reduction initiatives without impacting production needs.

· Monitor PO-to-delivery timelines for vendors and suppliers.

Process Excellence & Lean Initiatives

· Simplify production flow processes to eliminate bottlenecks.

· Implement Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for process optimization.

· Lead digitization of processes for better tracking and transparency.

· Drive 5S implementation within BSO to improve workplace organization.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· Set and monitor KPIs for small diamonds across functions.

· Prepare and maintain Daily Work Management (DWM) boards for HOD and -1/-2 levels.

· Generate and review MIS reports for management decision-making.

Special Projects

· Lead cross-functional improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

· Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

· 5–10 years’ experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

· Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen).

· Proficient in MIS reporting and process digitization tools.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

KPIs:

· Inventory turnover ratio for small diamonds.

· RA triggering accuracy & timeliness.

· Reduction in production delays due to inventory issues.

· Achievement of small diamonds KPI targets.

· Process digitization milestones achieved.
