About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5-8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company who has built a product marketing function from scratch and led end-to-end go-to-market launches. You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and leadership, and have a track record of translating complex products into crisp positioning and messaging that drives pipeline. Bonus points if you have experience in construction tech, proptech, or marketing to technical/field-based buyers.
What you'll do:
Own positioning and messaging for Timescapes across segments (GCs, owners, developers), personas (Project Managers, Digital Teams), and geographies (NZ, Australia, Canada, US)
Build the product marketing function from the ground up — audit what exists, define the playbook, and execute against it
Lead GTM strategy and execution for new product launches, partner launches, and feature releases across four markets
Own the sales enablement programme end-to-end: battlecards, competitive objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and ongoing deal coaching
Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to shape how top construction companies discover and adopt Timescapes
Design and ship AI workflows that make product marketing dramatically more effective — competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement generation
Lead the upcoming website rebuild, owning the positioning and messaging strategy
Maintain deep understanding of the construction technology landscape, synthesizing customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into actionable insights
Build a library of compelling customer evidence and nurture customer advocates for reference programmes, case studies, and events
Coach and advise the regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning across their demand gen channels
