About this role

The Tim Hortons Management Trainee program aims to groom and develop future leaders for our expanding operations. You will start your management trainee journey as a Barista, gradually progressing to eventually lead a team as an Assistant Store Manager. This program will fast-track trainees through structured on-the-job training, milestone performance assessments, and mini projects with the goal of developing strong leadership, guest service, and operational skills.

Whether you are a fresh graduate or looking for a career switch, the Tims Management Trainee program provides you with a fresh opportunity to start from the ground, build the right foundations, and gradually progress into a future store leadership position.

This is a 15-month fast-track program to store management, open to fresh graduates or experienced workers looking for a career switch into the F&B industry.

Role Requirements

  • Full-time work commitment for at least 24 months
  • Willingness to engage in shift work, including weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for customer service and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
