Position Overview:

The Senior Specialist Content Innovation & Training shapes how the brand’s visual merchandising vision is communicated and implemented across all retail environments. The role creates visual guidelines, content strategy, and training programs that ensure consistent, high-luxury execution globally.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Visual Guidelines and Brand Standards

  • Own the creation, evolution, and governance of global visual merchandising guidelines for jewelry, watches and lifestyle collections ensuring consistency across all store formats and regions
  • Translate brand DNA, product marketing strategy and commercial goals into clear visual rules and principles
  • Define standards for product presentation, fixture usage, zoning, storytelling, and spatial hierarchy in partnership with the styling team

Training

  • Design and deliver structured training programs for VM teams, including onboarding and seasonal launches
  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that balance creative inspiration with operational excellence
  • Create scalable training tools that support global teams while allowing for regional nuance

Collaboration, Innovation, and Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to VM Styling and design teams
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure VM content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Manage external agencies or creative partners for content development when required
  • Proactively research design trends of luxury retail, visual storytelling, and learning to be communicated and presented to influence and inform the advancement of retail environments 

Luxury Products Handling

  • Handle and process product requests supporting Global CVM initiatives

  • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of products allocated to the Product Presentation team
     

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury retail, brand education, or creative content roles
  • Strong expertise in luxury visual standards and high-end retail environments
  • Proven experience creating visual guidelines, training content, and learning frameworks
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment abilities
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop
