We are looking for passionate and energetic Seasonal Client Care Advisors to join us in creating joy with our clients this holiday season!

The Client Care Advisor is a highly skilled, contact centre based individual who manages diverse customer needs (including. new sales opportunities, client relationship building to encourage repeat purchase, after-sales support and general enquiries) within a luxury omni-channel environment (including. Personal Shopping, E-Commerce, Customer Service and Retail).  

The Client Care Advisor finds ways to provide an exceptional Tiffany Experience. They are brand advocates delivering the highest service levels to every client and developing strong and lasting client relationships.

  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and KPIs
  • Be a trusted Advisor, building client development strategy to drive sales, cross-sales and client loyalty, curating memorable experiences through sales of new creations and services
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures, uphold operational excellence standards (inventory, reservation management, transfers, care services excellence, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Must currently hold right to work in the UK
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact centre environment preferred.
  • Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette
  • Professional fluency (written and verbal) in a second language a plus.
  • Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
