About this role

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable, luxury-oriented designer responsible for conceptualizing, rendering, and delivering window displays and special projects for Tiffany stores worldwide. They bridge creative vision with technical execution, partnering closely with production teams to ensure top-tier craftsmanship.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Window Display & Campaign Design: Concept and generate luxury-oriented window designs through design research, 3D renderings, visualization and presenting design intent for all Show windows, In-Store Special windows, and global Flagship store projects.
  • Visual Storytelling & Aesthetics: Utilize quick sketches, 3D models, and a refined color studies to translate design ideas into modern, elevated designs.
  • Written & Verbal Communication:  Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts, present prototypes for leadership approval, prepare weekly leadership presentations, and oversee clear directives and communications to the regional CVM design team.
  • Production Partnership & Execution: Partner closely with the CVM Production team to oversee material fabrication, ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and maintain design integrity through necessary production revisions and prototyping.
  • Technical Documentation & Deliverables: Develop clear design intent documentation, technical drawings, and prototypes to guide production teams and ensure compliance with project timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Support: Prepare design materials for weekly leadership presentations, contribute design directives to regional CVM teams, and manage communications across stakeholders.
  • Agile Project Management: Deliver high-quality work against both long-term and fast-turnaround schedules, adapting quickly to feedback and maintaining composure under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design or related field

  • 2 or 3 years of work experience in design field or related field

  • Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising or luxury environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Advanced 3D CAD Skills (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or Similar)

  • Understanding of production processes (project developments, technical drawings…)

  • Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines.

  • Talented go-getter.

  • 3D modeling, capable of reading basic floor plans, architectural elevations, and construction drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.

  • Knowledge of CAD.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $84,745-$114,655. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
