Position Overview:

Develop strong creative ideas and strategic design work for the Tiffany retail environment which elevates and further challenges the luxury standard, while adhering to strict image consistency worldwide and fostering the brand’s recognizability.

Create in-store storytelling concepts for new Lighthouse and Flagship store openings that celebrate the connection between Tiffany & Co. and the culture, heritage, and character of each city.

Powerfully creative, forward-thinking and innovative design approach with an absolute attention to details and a drive for outstanding and magnificent execution.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to drive the project context and effectively collaborate with multiple teams to successfully design best in class creative displays, functional and outstanding display concepts for in & out of store in line with the brand’s evolution. They contribute to the design of major display concepts for stores, events, fairs, in & out of store activations from conception through completion. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • 3D modeling, rendering execution and supervision.

  • Analyze and implement project needs and proactive problem-solving solutions

  • Conduct research and develop creative briefs related to the assigned tasks. Work both independently and collaboratively across teams to brainstorm ideas and pitch concepts that to execute successful project
  • Competitor’s benchmark research.

  • Creative strategy and Project development, development of operational plans and compelling presentations.

  • Identify the most appropriate materials according to the design and budget constraints, overseeing the research of suppliers for the development of customized materials.

  • Engineering and prototyping of display concept evolution & special projects.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent creativity in jewelry display design ( in-store vertical  and horizontal displays). 
  • Excellent storytelling and creative concept development for new product launches. 
  • Development of bespoke concepts tailored to each store environment, creating unique experiences for individual Lighthouse and Flagship stores on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Industrial/product design background

  • Proficient in 3D modeling, renderings and technical drawing -Rhino 3D, V Ray, Blender, Sketchup, Autocad Cinema 4D, Adobe suite

  • Strong believer in teamwork and multidisciplinary approach, able to create excellent interpersonal relations.

  • Knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes for luxury goods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to elaborate videos

  • Knowledge of Jewelry and Gemstones

  • Experience in foreign luxury markets for cultural sensitivities and nuances
