About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure every deployment lands on time with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE).
  • Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
  • Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage).
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage).
  • Professional working proficiency in Portuguese (Advantage).
  • Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).
