We're a team of designers, producers, engineers, strategists, and makers who rarely fit neatly on an org chart. On any given week, someone here is wiring a control room, colour-grading a projection, or arguing about the exact second a room should go dark. What we share is curiosity: for a hard problem, for people who work differently than we do, for how something feels long after the lights come up.

If you explore new ideas, bring clarity to complexity, and want to do ambitious work next to equally ambitious people, we'd like to hear from you.

• Are curious by default, happier working out something new than repeating something safe.
