What we are looking for
- Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience, with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification required; RMLV/Approved Manager accreditation will be highly regarded
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
