Position: Residential NC Apprentice Installer
Location: Hayden, ID
Shift: Monday – Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm (could vary based upon business needs)
Position Type: Full-time (40+ hours a week)
Job Description
The Residential Apprentice Installer will assist in the installation of all things HVAC: Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, Gas Lines and more.
Requirements/Qualifications
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Always follow safety protocols and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles
Clean Professional Appearance
Must be willing to work in harsh conditions such as Hot/Cold temperatures, Tight spaces, attics and crawlspaces
