Full-Time | Monday–Friday
$30–$40 per hour (DOE), plus spiffs

We’re looking for someone who can confidently diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing the professional service our customers expect.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and thermostat/control issues
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to service calls and repair needs in a timely and professional manner
Ensure necessary parts and materials are properly loaded, accounted for, and documented
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Follow company procedures and established safety practices
Stay current on HVAC technology, equipment, and industry best practices

Qualifications
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
Valid driver license and clean driving history.
Able to pass a background and drug screening
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
