DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Lead IT Technician to provide IT support and leadership for enterprise-wide collaboration tools, applications, and infrastructure. In this role, you'll work closely with teams to analyze and resolve technical issues while ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. This position offers opportunities to participate in strategic IT projects, maintain cybersecurity standards, and contribute to technological innovation across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4 years of experience in IT support or similar technical role
• Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional IT certifications preferred (e.g., networking, server management, security)
• Strong expertise in Windows platform administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and cloud-based applications
• Experience with mobile platforms and iOS device management
• Advanced knowledge of networks, VPN configurations, and connectivity solutions
• Expertise in server management and virtualization technologies
• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent documentation and process improvement capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with IT asset management and inventory control
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage complex situations with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of Cybersecutiry concepts and best practices
