Lead Global Legal Strategy for a High-Growth Technology Business
A global technology company is seeking a senior legal executive to lead its worldwide legal function. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will oversee legal strategy, risk management, and compliance across international operations.
The role will play a critical part in supporting continued growth, with significant exposure to M&A, complex commercial transactions, enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and cross-border legal matters.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal leader who has supported technology companies with global operations—particularly those with enterprise sales, partner ecosystems, or international distribution models. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable advising executive leadership on strategic business initiatives.
