Job Summary:
The Director, Enterprise Planning, is responsible for leading the company's integrated planning process by aligning commercial demand, operational capacity, supply planning, and financial objectives into a unified enterprise plan. This role serves as a critical connector across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to ensure the organization can efficiently execute its growth strategy while maximizing profitability and operational effectiveness.
In addition to leading the enterprise planning function, the Director will oversee and coordinate enterprise procurement activities, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, cost optimization, and value creation across the organization.
Job Description:
Enterprise Planning & S&OP Leadership
- Develop and maintain a rolling planning process across Imagine’s four manufacturing sites that supports short-term execution and long-term strategic growth objectives.
- Lead the company's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, integrating revenue forecasts, demand planning, supply planning, production capacity, inventory levels, and financial plans into a cohesive enterprise operating plan.
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly planning reviews with executive leadership, ensuring alignment on assumptions, risks, opportunities, and resource requirements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor demand, capacity utilization, inventory, service levels, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with Finance to align operational plans with annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial objectives.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to demand fluctuations, supply constraints, capacity limitations, and market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
- Serve as a central coordination point across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Product Management functions.
- Drive data-based decision-making and enterprise-wide alignment to support growth, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business opportunities, strategic investments, and potential operational constraints.
- Ensure planning processes provide transparency and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Procurement & Value Creation
- Lead enterprise procurement governance, processes, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize supplier relationships, improve contract terms, reduce costs, and enhance supply continuity.
- Establish procurement policies, performance metrics, and vendor management practices to drive accountability and value realization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize sourcing initiatives and support enterprise growth objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and comparable experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, integrated business planning (IBP), supply chain, finance, operations, or strategic planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional planning processes within a complex, growth-oriented organization.
- Experience with procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related enterprise value creation initiatives preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of Position:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and operations.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain metrics and performance management.

Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
