Job Purpose :
Develop innovative gift products that align with the brand identity, ensuring creativity, quality, and market relevance across all occasions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative gift and product concepts (boxes, bouquets, bundles).
- Research market trends and apply them to new product ideas.
- Design products for different occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.).
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and execution.
- Select materials, packaging, and accessories aligned with brand standards.
- Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance.
- Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or gifting industry.
- Strong creative and visual design sense.
- Knowledge of color theory and packaging design.
- Ability to translate ideas into tangible products.
- High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
