Social Media & Creator Manager

Easley · On-site$60k – $80k

About this role

About The Bureau

The Bureau produces fashion week across three global markets — New York Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and Los Angeles Fashion Week. Hundreds of designers per season. 12,000–15,000+ guests in the room and millions more watching digitally. Our mission: open the global runway to the talent and brands shaping what's next.

We're headquartered in the Greenville, SC area and work primarily in person — speed comes from being in the room. This is not a spectator job. We're in hyper-growth, we sell tickets and tell stories year-round, and we're hiring the team behind every show.

The Role

Fashion week is the most visual product on earth — and you'll run the channels where the world watches it. You own The Bureau's organic social presence end to end: the daily calendar, the event-week coverage, the community, and the creators and influencers who amplify every show.

This is a builder role. You'll take accounts with massive raw material — runway shows, hundreds of designers, three global markets — and turn them into a content engine that sells tickets year-round and makes designers fight to be on our runway.

What You'll Own

Channel strategy & daily publishing

  • Own the content calendar across Instagram and TikTok (plus emerging platforms you make the case for)
  • Ship daily: feed posts, stories, reels, short-form — polished in-season, relentless off-season
  • Grow followers, engagement, and — most importantly — traffic and ticket sales from organic

Event coverage

  • Plan and run social coverage for every show week: runway, backstage, front row, arrivals
  • Direct real-time capture and same-night publishing while the moment is hot
  • Build the shot lists, capture teams, and posting workflows that make event weeks look effortless

Creator & influencer program

  • Source, vet, and manage the creator and influencer roster across all three markets
  • Run show seeding: comp tickets, invitations, gifting, and front-row placements for the right creators
  • Negotiate content agreements and usage rights; manage deliverables and deadlines
  • Own event-week creator logistics — credentials, check-in, backstage access, escorts
  • Track and report creator-driven reach, traffic, and conversions

Community & designer amplification

  • Engage daily: comments, DMs, tags, designer reposts
  • Produce designer spotlight series that make our talent look like stars — because they are
  • Coordinate with designers' own channels so every show gets amplified twice

Collaboration

  • Brief our Graphic Designer for templates, toolkits, and hero assets
  • Feed winning organic content to paid — your best posts become our best ads
  • Work with lifecycle marketing so social, email, and SMS tell one story per launch

Who You Are

  • 3+ years running social for a consumer brand — fashion, beauty, events, hospitality, or entertainment strongly preferred
  • Proven growth story. You can show accounts you grew, with numbers, and explain exactly what worked
  • Native to short-form. You think in hooks, trends, and formats — and you can shoot and edit a reel yourself when speed matters
  • Creator-relationship operator. You've managed influencer campaigns end to end: sourcing, deals, deliverables, reporting
  • Taste. You know the difference between content that's on-trend and content that's on-brand — and you can do both at once
  • Calm under event pressure. Show weeks are live, loud, and unforgiving. You publish through it
  • Data-aware. You read your analytics, know your best-performing formats, and let results steer the calendar

Nice to Have

  • Experience covering live events (fashion weeks, festivals, sports, premieres)
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere) and mobile photography chops
  • Existing relationships with fashion/lifestyle creators
  • Familiarity with affiliate or creator-tracking tools

Why This Role

  • The most photogenic raw material in marketing: runways, designers, celebrities, front rows — three cities a year
  • Full ownership of channels with obvious untapped upside
  • Direct line to leadership — no layers between your idea and the feed
  • Hyper-growth company: new markets, rapid promotions, room to build the social team under you

Logistics

  • Based in the Greenville, SC area — primarily in person
  • Travel to show markets (New York, Paris, Los Angeles) during event weeks
  • Salary + benefits commensurate with experience
