Graphic Designer | Brand & Performance Marketing
About this role
Build Creative That Moves People.
Most graphic design jobs are about making things look good.
This isn't one of them.
At The Bureau, creative exists to capture attention, build trust, and inspire action. Every advertisement, campaign, email, social post, event graphic, and marketing initiative should strengthen our brand and help grow the business.
We're looking for an exceptional graphic designer who wants more than a traditional design role.
Someone who naturally asks questions like:
- Why did that ad outperform the last one?
- Why did this campaign generate more engagement?
- How can better creative improve conversions?
If you're constantly learning, fascinated by marketing, and excited by the idea of helping build a globally recognized fashion brand, we'd love to meet you.
About The Bureau
The Bureau produces fashion weeks across three global markets—New York, Paris, and Los Angeles.
Each season, hundreds of designers trust us with their collections. Thousands of guests attend our events in person, while millions experience our brand through advertising, social media, email, and digital content.
We're headquartered in the Greenville, South Carolina area and work primarily in person because exceptional teams move faster together.
We're growing quickly, expanding internationally, and building a team that believes great businesses are built through speed, ownership, and relentless improvement.
Your Mission
Help build one of the most recognizable fashion brands in the world.
Your work should accomplish three things:
- Capture attention.
- Build trust.
- Drive action.
Beautiful design is important.
Effective design is essential.
What You'll Do
You'll become the creative partner behind nearly every marketing initiative we launch.
Working directly with leadership, you'll help transform strategy into campaigns that people remember—and respond to.
Performance Marketing
- Design Meta and Google advertising creative
- Develop static ads, carousels, and campaign variations for creative testing
- Continuously improve creative based on campaign performance—not opinions
- Help develop new campaign concepts and creative angles
Email Marketing
- Design launch campaigns, event announcements, countdowns, nurture sequences, and promotional emails
- Build reusable email templates and creative systems
- Help create a premium customer experience across every campaign
Social Media
- Design creative for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stories, and Reels
- Create campaign graphics, designer spotlights, ticket announcements, and behind-the-scenes content
- Build templates that allow content to move quickly while maintaining a premium brand
Website & Marketing Campaigns
You'll work directly with leadership to bring marketing campaigns to life across our website and digital properties.
While you won't be responsible for managing the website itself, you'll design campaign graphics, landing page mockups, promotional assets, and creative concepts that support ticket sales, designer acquisition, and new initiatives.
We believe the strongest marketing happens when strategy and creative work together from day one.
Event Creative
- Invitations
- Credentials
- Signage
- Show programs
- Sponsor assets
- Environmental graphics
- Presentation materials
- Special event branding
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you'll help:
- Raise the creative standard across every customer touchpoint.
- Build repeatable creative systems that allow the company to move faster.
- Launch hundreds of high-quality marketing assets.
- Continuously improve creative through testing and iteration.
- Help establish The Bureau as one of the most recognizable independent fashion brands in the world.
Who We're Looking For
We're less interested in your current title than your trajectory.
You might currently be:
- A Graphic Designer
- A Marketing Designer
- An In-House Designer
- An Agency Designer
What matters is that you're already operating beyond your current role.
You're naturally curious.
You study marketing because you want to—not because someone asked you to.
You understand that great creative should influence behavior, not simply decorate a page.
You appreciate exceptional typography, premium branding, thoughtful layouts, and clean visual systems.
You enjoy learning.
You embrace feedback.
You move quickly.
You take ownership.
You understand that creative performance can be measured—and you're excited by that challenge.
Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is expected.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, AI-assisted creative workflows, photography, or web design is a plus—but not required.
This Role Isn't For You If...
- You only enjoy one type of design.
- You need constant direction before getting started.
- You dislike feedback or iteration.
- You prefer polishing one project for weeks instead of shipping consistently.
- You believe beautiful work matters more than business results.
- You want a slow-paced corporate design job.
Why Join The Bureau?
You'll help shape a brand seen by millions.
You'll work directly with leadership, turning marketing strategy into creative campaigns that have measurable business impact.
You'll travel to New York, Paris, and Los Angeles during Fashion Week production.
You'll have the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company where your ideas, creativity, and execution directly influence the future of the business.
This isn't a production design position.
It's an opportunity to build something meaningful.
