We’re looking for a highly creative, data oriented Marketing & Social Specialist to own our social presence end-to-end and drive engagement and brand impact. This role plays a key part in shaping our social channels and building a strong, active community across global markets.

Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain a strong, active trading community that drives ongoing conversations.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Initiate ideas that encourage user participation, dialogue, and long-term loyalty.
• Lead organic initiatives such as webinars, educational events, and special campaigns.
• Coordinate messaging, content, visuals, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
• Work closely with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and the design studio.
• Track social performance using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
• Optimize posts and campaigns for maximum engagement and audience growth.

Requirements

• Native-level or exceptional English writing and communication skills are required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media or Community Management. 
• Experience in the online trading, forex, fintech, or capital markets industry is required.
• Strong experience managing social channels, creating content, and driving organic engagement.
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, community growth, and audience engagement.
• Data-driven, with experience tracking performance and optimizing social KPIs.
• Creative, self-driven, and comfortable learning new domains independently.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, SEO, and Design teams.

Advantages:

• Experience with marketing funnels or AI-assisted workflows 
• Understanding of trading, forex, fintech, or financial markets is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Optimus 
• Interest or background in financial markets/trading 
• Additional languages
