- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses and relevant travel information to support internal tracking and reporting.
Policy & Process
- Follow company travel policies and procedures when arranging and coordinating travel, while ensuring relevant processes are followed accurately.
Team Support
- Support the Travel team with additional tasks and projects as required, contributing to the smooth running of the department.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a similar coordination role is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach when dealing with changes or unexpected situations.
- Comfortable communicating with employees, internal teams and external suppliers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with travel booking systems or travel management platforms is an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Willingness to learn, develop and contribute as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required, particularly during company events and busy travel periods.
What we value:
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to take ownership of their work.
