Scope of Work (Experience Required)
Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):

Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):
- Nail Flange windows (with trim)
- Block Frame windows
- Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
- Full-frame wood window replacements
- Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential window replacement
- EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)
- Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Reliable transportation
- Background Check: Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
Additional Requirements:
- Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees.
- Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.
