Salary Description: $27+ per hour 

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skin health and client care to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an aesthetician who values education, personalized treatments, and a calm, professional work environment.  

Requirements

 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• People who connect immediately with others
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Estheticians that are eager to learn dermaplaning
• Occasional participation at community events
• 1-2 years’ experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply – training provided for all new hires!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements 
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
