Position Summary
Erikson Consumer is seeking a driven and analytical Product Manager to manage a portfolio of consumer technology brands across audio, gaming, mobile, home entertainment, and automotive categories. This role is responsible for product lifecycle management, pricing, inventory planning, go-to-market execution, and identifying new brand opportunities that support company growth.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and supplier partners, the Product Manager will drive profitable growth through effective brand management, product launches, market analysis, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned brands and product categories throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and execute pricing, promotional, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage costing, margins, inventory, forecasting, and profitability.
- Identify and evaluate new brand partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions and brand acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
- Support e-commerce initiatives, product content, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing to drive growth and successful product launches.
- Support customer presentations, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or audio.
- Distribution industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing, inventory management, and go-to-market strategy.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- B.Comm or related degree is an asset.
- Retail and e-commerce experience are assets.
- Bilingual in French and English (required).
