Position Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Support Coordinator to support our Product Management team across key brand operations. This role is responsible for maintaining product and pricing information, coordinating promotional activities, managing SKU data, generating business reports, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Product & Pricing Support

  • Support Product Managers in the execution of brand plans, product launches, and promotional programs.
  • Maintain promotional calendars and coordinate brand communications with internal teams.
  • Manage product and pricing data, ensuring accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Execute pricing updates and monitor pricing activities in collaboration with Product

 

Management and Sales.

  • Assist with inventory reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare product presentations, price lists, and sales support materials.
  • Support trade shows, training sessions, and other brand-related events.

 

Product Information & SKU Management

  • Create and maintain SKU records, product specifications, descriptions, and pricing information.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
  • Ensure timely communication of product information to relevant stakeholders.

 

Reporting & Business Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and distribute sales, inventory, pricing, and promotional reports.
  • Analyze business performance data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making, forecasting, and business reviews.
  •  Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in brand support, product management, marketing, sales support, or a related role.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

 

Assets

  • Experience in consumer electronics, retail, wholesale, or distribution environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing administration, and inventory analysis.
  • Experience supporting retail channels and branded consumer products.
