ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation
- Support Strategic transformation projects, focused on Data assessment & Analysis
- Collaborate with Business & Digital team to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation.
- Participate in implementing solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency
- Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches
- Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or equivalent
- Strong technical coding skills, such as sql, python
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
