ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation
  • Support Strategic transformation projects, focused on Data assessment & Analysis
  • Collaborate with Business & Digital team to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Participate in implementing solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency
  • Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches
  • Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources 
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or equivalent
  • Strong technical coding skills, such as sql, python
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
