Role Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative eCommerce Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be owning the product onboarding process for our B2B dealer portal; curating raw data, crafting compelling product copy, and managing media assets.

 

Beyond managing our B2B catalog, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by assisting with day-to-day customer service inquiries across our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of eCommerce experience, strong organizational skills, and the language proficiency required to ensure our French product content is polished and professional.

 

Job Functions

Primary Responsibilities: B2B Product Catalog & Content Management

  • Product Onboarding & Data Curation: Gather, organize, and synthesize raw product information and specifications from various internal and external sources.
  • Content Creation: Draft compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points tailored for the B2B dealer portal.
  • Media Management: Source, review, and upload high-quality product images and assets ensuring they meet portal standards.
  • Catalog Architecture: Assign appropriate categories, tags, and attributes to new products to ensure seamless site navigation and searchability for dealers.

Secondary Responsibilities: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Support

  • Omnichannel Customer Service: Assist with day-to-day customer support inquiries across various direct-to-consumer platforms (e.g., email, chat, or marketplace messages).
  • Issue Resolution: Help customers with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and basic troubleshooting to maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Feedback common customer pain points or catalog errors to the broader team to help improve the overall user experience.

Job Prerequisites & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • eCommerce Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience working within an eCommerce environment (B2B portal, direct-to-consumer platform, or marketplace management).
  • Data & Content Management: Proven experience gathering raw product data from multiple sources and transforming it into clean, accurate, and customer-ready web content (titles, bullet points, and descriptions).
  • Customer Support Skills: Experience interacting with customers and handling inquiries or troubleshooting issues on D2C platforms via email, chat, or support ticketing systems.
  • Technical Literacy: High comfort level learning internal software, specifically content management systems (CMS), translation tools, and basic digital image handling.
  • Collaborative Energy: A positive, high-energy team player who brings an enthusiastic attitude to daily tasks and thrives in a supportive, cross-functional environment.

 

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

  • B2B Portal Familiarity: Prior experience specifically managing dealer portals or wholesale eCommerce channels.
  • Basic Image Editing: Familiarity with basic photo cropping, resizing, or formatting to ensure product imagery fits site specifications.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a knack for spotting data inconsistencies or translation awkwardness before content goes live
