Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Residential Pest & Mosquito Control)

Full-Time | Paid Training Draw + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Potential

What You'll Be Selling

You'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by offering industry-leading services including:

  • Residential Pest Control
  • Mosquito Control Programs
  • Automatic Mosquito Misting Systems
  • Rodent Control & Exclusion
  • Termite Treatments & Monitoring Systems
  • Wildlife Exclusion
  • Crawlspace Moisture Control & Encapsulation
You'll be representing one of the fastest-growing names in the industry with services homeowners actually need—not trying to sell a gimmick.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your primary focus will be generating new residential customers through face-to-face sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Door-to-door neighborhood prospecting
  • Speaking with homeowners and identifying their needs
  • Performing basic exterior home inspections when appropriate
  • Presenting customized treatment recommendations
  • Closing recurring service agreements
  • Following up on warm leads and referrals
  • Working community events, home shows, neighborhood festivals, and local networking opportunities
  • Building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Logging activity and leads into our CRM

Compensation

8-Week Reducing Training Draw

We invest in our salespeople while they build their pipeline.

Your guaranteed weekly draw gradually decreases as your commissions grow.

  • Weeks 1-2: $750/week draw
  • Weeks 3-4: $600/week draw
  • Weeks 5-6: $450/week draw
  • Weeks 7-8: $250/week draw
  • Week 9+: 100% Commission
Your draw is simply an advance against future commissions during training. As your commissions exceed the draw, you keep the difference.

Commission

  • Industry-leading commission structure, earn up to 25% commission depending on service sold, with NO CLAWBACKS!
  • Monthly bonuses and sales incentives
  • Top performers can easily earn six figures, no caps

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a major plus:

  • Door-to-door sales (any industry)
  • Pest control sales (HUGE PLUS)
  • Roofing sales
  • Solar sales
  • Home security sales
  • Window or siding sales
  • HVAC or home services

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Professional appearance
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to walk neighborhoods throughout the day
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
