The role

What you'll be responsible for

• Engage with the business as a member of the Indonesia Ice Cream leadership team, interacting in relevant forums and platform. 

• Drive sourcing excellence and ensure procurement strategies align with Indonesia Ice Cream business needs, with full responsibility for execution and results. 

• Lead and drive the Fuel for Growth (F4G) agenda on margin expansion for all relevant categories. 

• Design and set up resilience for the business, ensuring agility in sourcing and enabling growth through innovation.

• Coordinate commodity updates for Indo Ice Cream leadership team, bringing global procurement knowledge and best practices to the market to support GM forecast and pricing decisions. 

• Manage relationships and conduct negotiations with key local suppliers, vendors and traders, ensuring competitiveness in the business. 

• Be a strong contributor for Asia Procurement Leaders agenda and global Procurement strategy (Ignition ’28) to crease sustainaible competitive agenda for TMICC

We’re looking for someone who

• University graduate

• Minimum 8 years experience in Procurement with exposure for both directs and indirects portfolio

• Prior experience as a team lead/manager would be an advantage

• Prior work experience in other FMCG company with a matrix structure would be an advantage

• Commercial acumen, business partnering and stakeholder management. 

• Development of strategic sourcing strategy and execution. 

• Supplier risk, performance and relationship management. 

• Engaging suppliers through competitive bidding, tendering and negotiation. 

• Identifying value-creation and innovation opportunities

• Champions talent engagement and development 

• Managing sustainability in supply chains
