The role
This role is critical to ensure that market change and communications activities are delivered with strong local ownership from local design through hypercare. You will report directly to the Regional Change Team and Market Deployment Lead, acting as the key in-market owner for change interventions, communications planning, readiness tracking, risk escalation and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll be responsible for
You will lead market-level change and communications delivery, using global playbooks, toolkits and wave materials to localise interventions and ensure effective readiness, engagement and adoption across the market.
- Deliver market change interventions using the methods and materials detailed in the global playbooks, localized by wave teams, in collaboration with the BI Market Change Coordinator.
- Own and deliver the market-level communications plan using comms toolkit materials and the Wave Comms playbook, localizing content to meet local market requirements.
- Validate the change impact assessment, conducting the local CIA for the market, attending local design workshops where necessary and capturing impacts in the Change Impact Template.
- Manage a team of Market Change Agents to tailor global communications materials to local functional needs, including tone of voice and translation requirements.
- Manage market-level risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating as appropriate to the Market Change Advocate and/or Regional Change Team.
- Collect ongoing feedback and readiness levels from market teams, reporting back and escalating to the Regional Change Team where necessary.
We're looking for someone who
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, communications and programme management skills, who can operate confidently in a complex transformation environment and drive market readiness with discipline and clarity.
- Understands change management frameworks and methodologies, desired but not essential.
- Understands local market operations, including key stakeholders, organisational structure and ways of working.
- Brings a track record of involvement in complex transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong programme management skills, including planning, stakeholder management and decision-making.
- Has experience in leading and managing teams.
- Shows excellent communication skills.
- Is comfortable operating in formal governance forums, raising risks and issues as required.
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
