The role

The Infrastructure Maintenance Supervision figure operates in the management of industrial facilities and is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity and comfort of company buildings and plants. The role ensures the proper functioning of the infrastructures through ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, contributing to the support of company performance and the optimization of operating costs.

What you'll be responsible for

• Coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants
• Management of company spaces in compliance with the requirements of functionality, safety and comfort
• Supervision of simple civil and industrial works on buildings
• Coordination of staff and external suppliers involved in facility services
• Management of technical and maintenance documentation
• Resource planning and maintenance plans

We're looking for someone who

• Multidisciplinary approach and strategic orientation
• Ability to coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage technical data and documentation: technical archive management.
• Coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants
• Management of company spaces in compliance with the requirements of functionality, safety and comfort
• Supervision of simple civil and industrial works on buildings
• Coordination of staff and external suppliers involved in facility services
• Management of technical and maintenance documentation
• Resource planning and maintenance plans
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
