Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of professional lash experience (extensions, fills, lifts, and tints)
- Passionate about delivering a luxury guest experience
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Growth-minded with a desire to continuously improve your craft
- Available for peak demand shifts (evenings + weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, refills)
- Create a personalized, relaxing experience for every guest
- Educate guests on aftercare and retail products
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through rebooking
- Promote memberships and retail to maximize results and income
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques
Requirements
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License
- Proven experience with eyelash extensions
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong artistic eye
- Consistent attendance and professionalism
