About this role

Job Description

About the position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Time to Market PMO Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role will play a critical part in improving Time to Market across Europe by coordinating and accelerating the efforts required to redesign how we bring initiatives to market.

Today, Time to Market is not primarily limited by technical complexity, effort, or talent. The bigger barrier is the way our processes, data, ownership, and decision-making are set up. In too many cases, improvements are either not in place, or they are addressed in silos without end-to-end supervision. As a result, teams are often challenged to execute faster outside of process, "as per exception," which creates inconsistency in timelines, unclear accountability, engagement challenges, and avoidable cost.

This role is not about pushing teams harder. It is about redesigning the system so that going faster feels responsible, not reckless. The role will coordinate different efforts across the business in a PMO-like setup, bringing visibility, structure, and shared ownership across key Time to Market processes. It will also engage external companies and consultancies, alongside internal benchmarking, to identify and help implement best-in-class ways of working. The role reports to Ioanna Kordali, Director SCD & CAPEX Europe, and will lead quarterly steering committees with the President of EPDM and his direct reports. The expected impact goes beyond faster execution and lower cost: this role is also intended to improve engagement and team morale by creating greater clarity on roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and end-to-end ownership.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Time to Market transformation: Coordinate and drive the overall Time to Market improvement agenda across Europe, ensuring efforts are connected, prioritized, and translated into measurable business impact.
  • PMO leadership: Act as the central PMO point across different workstreams, bringing structure, governance, tracking, and end-to-end visibility to improvement efforts that today sit across multiple owners.
  • Priority process transformation: Lead the assessment and improvement of five key processes with high Time to Market impact: Front-End-Loading (FEL), Artwork, Specification Management, Code Creation and Commercialization, and Technical Activities to Launch.
  • Critical enabler development: Address the organizational enabler required to unlock sustainable progress, including company culture, psychological safety, risk appetite, and decision authority.
  • End-to-end ownership and governance: Identify gaps in accountability across Zone and Functional leadership and help establish clearer ownership, stronger prioritization, and more effective escalation at Kraft Heinz Europe level.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Bring together stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Functional leadership to drive shared ownership rather than siloed optimization.
  • External benchmarking and best practice: Engage outside companies, partners, and consultancies to benchmark current ways of working and identify best-in-class approaches that can be adapted to Kraft Heinz.
  • Executive steering and reporting: Prepare and lead governance routines, including quarterly steering committees with the President of Europe and senior leadership, ensuring progress, risks, and decisions are visible at the right level.
  • Data and process clarity: Highlight fragmentation in data, roles, and responsibilities and support a more consistent, supervised, and reliable end-to-end process model.
  • Engagement and change management: Help create a more effective and motivating working environment by reducing ambiguity around who does what, improving consistency, and strengthening confidence in how the organization executes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • At least 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, transformation, supply chain, or business process improvement roles;
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple senior stakeholders and cross-functional ownership;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect operational detail to broader business impact;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and challenge existing ways of working constructively;
  • Experience in process redesign, governance, and change management;
  • Experience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced, cross-functional environments is preferred;
  • Fluent in English.

Professional Attributes:

  • Systems thinker - You look at challenges end-to-end and connect process, ownership, culture, and decision-making rather than treating issues in isolation.
  • Coordinator and integrator - You are able to bring together multiple streams of work, align different owners, and create clarity where accountability is currently fragmented.
  • Constructive challenger - You are comfortable questioning the status quo and helping the organization move from risk avoidance toward responsible speed.
  • Strategic and pragmatic - You can engage at senior level on priorities and governance while also translating ideas into practical improvements.
  • Change leader - You understand that sustainable transformation requires both process redesign and people engagement.
  • Strong communicator - You can create alignment across functions, leadership levels, and external partners.
