About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a someone seeking to make a difference and add value. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing cross-functional, complex global projects and will help mature our delivery capabilities, promote alignment, and predictability through transparency and identification/coordination of dependencies and risks.

Requirements
Project Execution

  • Effectively takes projects independently inclusive of all aspects from original concept through final implementation

  • Selects and tailors the best project delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) on enterprise projects including planning, organizing, monitoring, risk management, managing budget, project closure activities, and enforcing best practices

  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables as part of a consolidated project plan

  • Provides structure to milestones and leads the organization to achieve them

  • Structures and facilitates effective meetings and ensures a focus on achieving the necessary outcomes

  • Experience managing different types of business projects (GBS Transitions, Transformation, Software Implementation…)

  • Navigates group and organizational dynamics including identifying issues that may impact project outcomes and effectively works to resolve conflict leading through roadblocks, and escalating in a timely manner to ensure no surprises

Communication

  • Responsible for all project communications to leadership, the stakeholder community, and the project team

  • Proactively understands how and when to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Project Scoping

  • Build the required project structure including concept, oversight, communication, and the team

  • Identifies and works with Resource Managers to acquire necessary team members in a matrix environment

  • Creates Project Charter, facilitates definition of scope, and milestone deliverables inclusive of vendor-related contracts

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing projects independently, with PMO, SAFe, project, program, or portfolio management.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required, MBA is a plus

  • Certification in either: PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus

  • Experience with business development, solution development, project/program management, and project delivery

  • Experience with PPM tools, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or any other is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Change Management knowledge or experience a plus

  • Flexibility to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to embrace a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid change

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, problem-solving skills, and attention to details

  • A team player with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others

  • Highly proficient PC skills (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook required)

  • Experienced Project Management within the Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
