We have an excellent opportunity with great potential for impact, heading up Finance for our Nordics organization. Reporting to the Managing Director Nordics, you will take on overall responsibility for Finance across the Nordics. The Nordics is a growth market with a high level of complexity across 5 markets and a diverse customer base — this role is central to lead that growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and drive Finance for the Nordics, including P&L shape, RGM, and act as a key commercial partner to the business

  • Take overall responsibility for strategy, investments, target setting and tracking, P&L shape, closings, AOP and the strategic plan

  • Navigate the complexity of a 5-market Nordics region with a varied customer landscape, adapting financial strategy and controls accordingly

  • Lead, coach and develop your finance team, with an ambition to grow the team further as the direct-market expansion progresses

  • Act as a key partner to all functions, and as a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team, driving engagement across the full Nordics organization

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG, with strong commercial acumen

  • Expert-level financial, strategic and commercial capabilities, including P&L ownership and target setting/tracking

  • Expert negotiation and leadership skills, with experience developing and coaching high-performing teams

  • Working knowledge of marketing to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience leading complex, multi-market projects, ideally including market entry or go-to-market transitions (e.g. distributor to direct)

  • Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
