How will you fit in the big picture?
The Senior Analyst Learning Developer plays a key role in designing and developing end-to-end learning journeys that build organizational capability. Working closely with Learning Strategists, Instructional Designers, and business stakeholders, this role helps shape leadership, onboarding, employee development, and talent programs that drive learning effectiveness, skill development, and knowledge retention across the organization.
What will you do?
- Design end-to-end curriculum strategies and learning journeys.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate requirements into development programs.
- Create learning pathways, workshops, job aids, resources, and supporting materials.
- Develop and refresh leadership and employee development curricula.
- Build learning measurement and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address capability gaps.
- Partner with instructional designers to create learning content.
- Support facilitation activities when required.
- Recommend learning methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure learning programs align with business and talent development objectives.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of curriculum design experience, including building full learning journeys from needs analysis through evaluation. Experience supporting learning and development initiatives, stakeholder management, adult learning principles, and curriculum development is required.
Education:
Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
