What will you do?
- Leverage consumer insights and trends across chocolate and broader snacking categories to identify whitespace opportunities and translate them into actionable innovation strategies.
- Develop new product and non-product initiatives from discovery and ideation through commercialization.
- Analyze business opportunities and present clear, strategic recommendations to leaders.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project planning and execution, coordinating activities across multiple functions.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work against established timelines.
- Lead work with external agencies, research vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Demonstrate accountability for business results and the creation of sustainable economic value.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, business analysis, project management, or innovation.
- Strong leadership and planning skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines.
- Marketing experience and familiarity with syndicated data sources, such as Circana or Numerator, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
