How will you fit in the big picture?
The Hershey Company is looking for the next Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across the LATAM region and help build the talent needed to drive our business forward. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies while leading a team of recruiters responsible for salaried and hourly hiring. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure Hershey attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across the region.
What will you do?
- Partner with regional business leaders to understand business strategies, workforce plans, and future talent needs.
- Provide expertise on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting intelligence.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters supporting both hourly and professional hiring.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions across LATAM.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and external relationships to ensure a consistent flow of diverse, high-quality talent.
- Measure and optimize recruiting effectiveness through key performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, standards, and employment regulations.
- Champion modern sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and other innovative talent attraction techniques.
- Partner with HR teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or in-house recruiting experience required, aligned with Hershey Manager level expectations.
- Experience recruiting for hourly, professional, and high-volume hiring environments.
- Experience leading recruiters, sourcing teams, or talent acquisition projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, workforce planning, and talent market trends.
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders in a consultative capacity preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
