In this rewarding role, you will
oversee vital waiver services (Respite, CLS, Personal Assistance/Care, and
Community Access) to ensure the health, safety, and ultimate quality of life
for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Field Management: Conduct service
monitoring, manage scheduling and supervision, ensure compliance, and help
organize meaningful community activities.
- Compliance & Care: Maintain accurate
participant health records, attend Service Plan of Care meetings to
establish quality goals, and ensure Medicaid waiver service compliance.
- Team Leadership: Conduct interviews,
participate in the hiring process, provide ongoing supervision to direct
support staff, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on
time.
- Matching & Support: Create positive,
meaningful matches between participants and direct support staff. Provide
temporary direct support if needed while actively hiring a permanent
match.
- Culture: Bring enthusiasm to the role, foster
independence, and have fun with the people we support!
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience working
with Michelle P. and SCL (Supports for Community Living) Waivers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years
or older.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills for digital record-keeping and
compliance documentation.
- Ability to pass background checks and random drug
screens.
