Community Living Support (CLS) Staff
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Community Living Support (CLS) staff member to provide support during after-school hours and, as needed, on weekends in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and supervision.
- Assist with daily living and community activities.
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and participation in activities.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
- Communicate effectively with the individual, family, and care team.
- Complete required documentation and follow established support plans.
Schedule & Hours
- Primarily after-school hours
- Weekend availability may be required
- Up to 37 hours per week available
- Flexible scheduling based on the individual's needs
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Comfortable working with individuals who need community and daily-living support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a support team
- Previous caregiving, direct support, or CLS experience is a plus

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: At least one year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a related caregiving field is preferred, but not required.
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
Screening: Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and administrative staff.
