Strategy Integrator Lead- Mexico North Region - ARCA

Job Description Summary:
As Strategy Integrator Lead, you will lead the strategy agenda for the Arca Continental bottler in the Mexico region. You will enable performance results grounded in market insights, provide continuous support to operations, and act as guardian of the Long Range Plan — connecting functions and systems so that strategy translates into execution on the ground.
What You'll Do for Us
Architect the planning cycle: Lead the Annual Business Plan, Long Range Planning, and Moonshots processes, driving a high degree of alignment and cascading Operating Unit plans and targets down to zones and countries to ensure strategy deployment. Act as the network link between functions and bottler.
Run key business routines: Manage bottler alignments, Top-to-Top meetings, and Monthly Business Reviews with the right data and insights to keep the organization focused on strategy pillars and aligned to short-term company targets.
Focus the system on value: Help the operations team prioritize the high-value opportunities that drive profitable growth. Diagnose and track the category/market combinations that allow us to gain share across categories and territories.
Bring fact-based strategy to the ground: Use a fact-based, strategic approach to identify insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions that strengthen local, granular strategy with actionable levers.
Build analytical capability: Leverage and develop analytical tools that help Operations and partner functions generate key insights and manage day-to-day operations.
Connect and scale best practices: Capture and network best practices across the system, importing and exporting good ideas while managing uncertainty and multiple senior stakeholders.
Keep leadership informed: Update the Strategy leadership team on on-the-ground initiatives and challenges.
Team: Leads a team of 3 associates; indirectly influences Mexico franchise operations teams
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of business and/or functional experience in operations- or strategy-related areas, gained in consulting firms and/or the consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing multifunctional peers.
Experienced people manager with strong leadership capability, able to lead a multi-country team in a diverse cultural environment; an efficient communicator and influencer.
Ability to perform in high-pressure situations and navigate ambiguity.
