About this role

The purpose of this position is to help bring God's children unto Jesus Christ by increasing understanding of His Church and its divinely appointed responsibilities of assisting in gathering Israel on both sides of the veil and preparing the world for the Second Coming of the Savior.

The Product Manager 3 is a senior level role that creates and manages products that reach a variety of audiences with the purpose of furthering the mission of the Church by inviting all to come unto Christ. This position exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques to identify the needs of customers, strategize and propose solutions that meet those needs, work with development teams to implement solutions, put in place training and awareness programs that support products, and monitor the results and product performance metrics. This position oversees a team that is responsible for missionary and mission leader technologies, specifically the Preach My Gospel App. 

This is an at-will, fixed-term position with the potential for continuation based on business needs and performance.

The Missionary department has a standard hybrid work schedule and may change due to business need(s). The following is the standard across the department:

  • Tuesday to Thursday - In office work days
  • Monday to Friday - Work from home
