What You'll Do
Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate department
Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office or resident room
Give directions and/or information to visitors, guests, residents, etc.
Assist with administrative duties (i.e. typing, filing, etc.) as directed
Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements
