Responsibilities

Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Assist patients in regaining functional abilities, improving daily living skills, and adapting to physical limitations.
Document patient progress accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree from an accredited COTA program.
Current and valid COTA license.
CPR certification.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
