Who We’re Looking For

The Campbell Company’s Digital Manufacturing team is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Manufacturing to play a key role in our enterprise digital transformation. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with our technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment and brings a strong mix of business process expertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder influence. You will assist in the discovery, design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous evolution of digital technologies across manufacturing and quality operations.

What You Will Do

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Digital Manufacturing and Quality technology landscape, including configurations, integrations, and data flows, to support initiatives ranging from minor enhancements to large-scale enhancements

  • Build deep knowledge of manufacturing and quality business processes and digital technologies to optimize business objectives

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements

  • Define and document current and future-state capabilities to inform gap analysis, solution design, development efforts, and change management activities

  • Support the partnership with third-party vendors and system integrators, supporting RFI/RFP efforts, statements of work, delivery milestones, and acceptance of final solutions

  • Contribute to the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with functional strategies, enterprise standards, and business capabilities

  • Plan and execute testing and validation activities, including authoring validation documentation as needed, to confirm solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance expectations

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—business partners, project managers, product teams, architects, IT, and external partners—often across multiple time zones

  • Provide advanced application support across the digital manufacturing and quality technology landscape

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-enabled environment supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality with a Bachelor’s degree (or 7+ years with high school diploma)

  • Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio & relational databases, and workflow-driven systems

  • Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex scenarios independently

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience with application lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, and sustainment

  • Demonstrated success working within cross-functional and matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders without direct authority

  • Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment

It Would Be Great If You Also Have (Nice to Have)

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation

  • Experience with public speaking and presenting ideas to leadership and peers

  • Strong program and project management capabilities

  • Understanding of emerging digital manufacturing technology & AI trends

  • Experience with AVEVA products, particularly AVEVA MES, and Redzone

  • Experience within Product Operating Model or Product Driven Organization

Travel requirement - Up to 25% required

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$95,000-$130,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
