Location: Sanders Road, Charleston, SC 29414 (On-site at local school)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirements: Valid Driver's License with clean MVR; must pass SLED background check

What You’ll Do
As a Janitorial Manager in Training, you will play a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations at a local school site. In this position as a Custodial Supervisor, you will:

Manage, train, and support evening team members to maintain top-tier cleanliness standards.

Perform routine quality inspections and enforce all facility safety protocols.

Serve as the primary Cleaning Lead on-site, stepping in to support cleaning routines whenever extra support is needed.

Coordinate directly with school facility leaders to ensure all daily tasks are completed on time.
What You Bring To The Team

Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.

Ability to successfully pass a SLED background check.

Prior janitorial, custodial, or supervisor experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-first attitude.
