Requirements: 1 year of experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

What You’ll Do As an Exterior Facility Specialist, you serve as our primary Landscape Day Porter responsible for keeping our client site looking its best. Your daily routine as an outdoor Groundskeeper will include:

General cleaning of sidewalks and policing trash in sidewalk and parking lot areas.

Pulling trash, outdoor vacuuming, and maintaining overall property curb appeal.

Completing other outdoor grounds maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Bring To The Team
-
1 year of experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscape Day Porter, or outdoor facility worker.

Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work efficiently outdoors.

Reliability for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift and a strong work ethic.
